Returns Policy

If you have an item that needs to be returned please contact us by e-mail or phone so we can log your item and give you a return reference.

All items are checked thoroughly before being shipped we despatch all goods in perfect condition.

We must be contacted within 7 days of you receiving your goods. All goods must be returned to us using recorded delivery at your expense.

Any goods to be returned MUST be in the same condition as sent and also in the original packaging.

EnduroBitz will not be held responsible for any goods lost in transit whilst being returned. Refunds can not be made if we do not receive the faulty or unwanted goods.

Please enclose a copy of the invoice and a letter explaining the reason for return. This helps to improve the speed that we can deal with the return once it arrives.
